"The Right Experience to be the Best Judge!"

Mike Binkley has the MOST experience practicing civil & criminal law - 33 years - of any candidate in this race.

The Right Experience Matters

Mike Binkley

The people of the 21st Judicial District deserve judges who are equipped with broad experience to handle the wide variety of cases that will come before them. More than half of all cases that come before Circuit Court are civil cases, not criminal cases.

Of those, more than half are domestic civil cases, involving family matters such as divorce, child custody, and divorced-related financial disputes. Many other cases that come before the court are business disputes, contract disputes, medical and legal malpractice, automobile collisions, product liability cases, workers compensation, product liability, land and real estate cases and many other kinds of civil cases.

The judge who hears those cases needs to have a broad range of experience in both criminal and civil litigation. With 33 years of combined experience in criminal and civil litigation, Mike Binkley is the only candidate in this race who has such a wide and diverse experience in compassing 33 years of heavy trial experience in many areas of the law – the kind of seasoned experience to be the best judge, the kind of judge that the people of Williamson, Hickman, Lewis and Perry counties deserve.

Mike Binkley’s experience is unparalleled in this race.
